I had an issue and figured the warranty would make it straightforward, but it turned into a hassle. The timing was awful too because I really needed it sorted quickly, and instead I was stuck waiting on slow replies and getting passed from one person to another. Nobody seemed to have a clear answer, and after a while it felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The site looks nice overall, clean, simple, and easy to understand. I just got a bit frustrated waiting for things to load at times, which took away from the experience a little.

The order got here on time, so I’ll give them that, but a couple of the items weren’t what I actually picked. I always have this instinct to check everything right away, and sure enough, a few things were off. I had to email them and wait for a response, which was annoying. They did get back to me, but it felt like something that should’ve been avoided in the first place. Not the worst experience, just not very accurate.

I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but literally everything I wanted was out of stock. I kept wondering if maybe I just came at the wrong time or picked the wrong day, but either way, it was frustrating leaving empty-handed.

I was hoping this would hold up better, but in my experience it didn’t feel very durable. After using it for a bit, it started showing wear sooner than I expected.

I ordered from abarms.com, and the biggest issue wasn’t even the waiting, it was the communication, or the fun little guessing game that replaced it. I didn’t really get updates unless I reached out first, which was not exactly the “sit back and relax” experience I had in mind.

When they did respond, the replies were short and didn’t explain much. I’m fine with being patient, but it’s a lot easier when you actually know what’s happening instead of staring into the void and hoping your order is still alive somewhere.
The order did eventually move along, so credit where it’s due, but the lack of clear updates made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. A little communication would’ve gone a long way, shocking concept, I know...

I tried browsing the site on my phone and it was frustrating. Some pages loaded really slow for me, and the menu felt kind of all over the place on Mobile. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took Way longer than it should have

My order ended up showing up late, and the tracking updates barely told me anything useful. The product itself was fine once it finally got here, but the wait was frustrating. Whoever runs this really needs to sort out the shipping side of things.

I’ve been using it for a bit now and the material feels really good, sturdy without feeling cheap. No issues so far. Weirdly, I remember noticing it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, and thinking, “yeah, this actually feels solid.”

I ordered from AB Arms and the part showed up just fine. The install wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely took me longer than I thought it would. The fit was close, but I had to mess with it for a while to get everything lined up riiight.
The instructions could be a little clearer, honestly. I ended up watching a video and trying it a couple times before it finally clicked. Overall it’s not bad, just wasn’t as easy as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels fair

I liked the site fine until I got to checkout. My card kept getting declined even though I know it works, and the page froze more than once right after I typed in the little security code. I kept noticing the spinner just sitting there in the corner, not moving, which made it even more annoying. After re-entering the same details a few times, I just gave up.

the quality was better than i expected. everything felt sturdy, had a clean finish, and fit the way it was supposed to. no rough edges or cheap-feeling parts. i’d definitely buy from them again

Just a heads up for anyone thinking they’ll get quick help here, I reached out to customer service expecting some kind of solution, but all I got were short replies that didn’t really address the issue. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off. Definitely not the kind of support I’d expect, so I’d be careful if customer service matters to you

Checkout was the worst part because it kept glitching on me—once it froze after I entered my address, another time the payment button didn’t respond, and then my cart randomly refreshed like I had done something wrong. I eventually got through it, but it felt way harder than it needed to.

The product info was okay, I guess. A few details were easy enough to understand, but there were still things I had to figure out on my own before deciding. I’m always a little wary when the wording sounds too polished and salesy, because it can feel like they’re avoiding the practical stuff people actually want to know. It wasn’t terrible, but it could definitely be clearer.
